Affects users with Timeslips 2017 and 2018.
New files cannot be exchanged with Timeslips.
Log files are located on the server in C:\Windows\temp\AmicusLogs and it is called AmicusTimeslips.log file
The issue is with the Timeslips database.
Please contact Sage\Timeslips Support. Tell them that the issue is with the Bill Layout associated with the History bill counter (record 17) set at zero instead of an actual template number.
