Overview:
You may receive the prompt below when you first attempt to open/save a file from an application such as QuickBooks or Sage or any other application installed on the server that defaults to the C:\ drive, which Cloudnine has blocked by default for security reasons.
Although the prompt indicates that an administrator must be contacted to resolve the issue, you can just click OK to close the prompt and then continue to save to your desired Cloud location. Once a file has been successfully loaded/saved to a location, the application should default to that last used location and no longer give this message.
Note: We cannot guarantee that these messages will permanently stop for all applications, but as users continue to use the Cloud the prompts will become less and less frequent.
