Configuring Reporting Services
Please note: SQL reporting services are not supported on a Domain Controller
1
To configure reporting services log into the server as the Windows Administrator account that Amicus was installed under.
Please note you must have SQL Reporting services installed)
2
Access C:\Amicus\Amicus Attorney Workstation and right click on the ReportServerConfiguration.exe and Run As Admin
3
You will be prompted for the Windows user name and password and\or the Server Name and the Amicus Instance. Generally SERVER\Amicus (where Server is the name of your Server)

If you are not sure of your instance name access SQL Services in the Services module. E.g. The instance configured below is AMICUS

It will go through the process of configuring your Reporting Services. If there are any errors you will be presented with a log file:

5
Log into Amicus, go to Firm Settings General > Reporting Services and select Test and then Publish.

You will see a message above stating the templates have been published and a count of how many were published
If Reporting Service is not an option in your Windows Services module, Follow the SQL Server Setup wizard until you get to the Installation Type screen. At that screen, select Add features to an existing instance of SQL Server 2012. Click Next to move to the Feature Selection page. Select Reporting Services – Native and SQL Server Data Tools
You are now ready to use Advanced Reports and set up your Billing templates.
