INTRODUCTION:

This article reviews how to reboot the APC server using SSUP.

APPLIES TO:

APC SSUP Users who are applying updates to hosted 3rd party applications. 

REQUIREMENTS:

 iOS RDP client supports devices like iPhone or iPad running iOS 6.x and newer. (This is determined by the vendor current configurations may be subject to change and can be located here.)

PROCEDURE:

From the SSUP window check the box that reads “Initiate automatic reboot of the server after SSUP is closed”.

Note: Once this box is checked, the server will reboot once the SSUP Box is closed for any reason.

Once you are ready to perform a reboot, click the “X” in the corner of the SSUP window in order to perform the reboot.

It will take a brief period of time for the reboot to be initiated.  You will see a pop up come up indicating the reboot.  Once you click the “X” the reboot cannot be stopped.
