Saving All Attachments at Once

Save the email to a File or a Contact

Select Original Attachments

You will be prompted to Save the attachments.

Click ‘Yes’ and you will be prompted to browse to a location to save the attachments.
If you have not saved to an Amicus file yet you will be prompted to assign the attachments to their relevant Amicus file.

Browse for a folder location to save the attachments to. This should be a shared folder that other user's have access to read and write to.

Click OK. The email attachments have now been saved to your network and to Amicus on the Documents section of the file.

If you open the E-mail again you will see ‘Original Attachments’ and ‘Saved Documents

If you select Original Attachments You will get a message the Attachments have already been saved

To view the Original Attachments, select the document from Original Attachments

To view the Saved Attachments, select the document from ‘Saved Documents’
Your Saved attachments will be on the file in the All Documents section. If you saved them to a Contact they will show on the All Documents section of that contact.

If you delete or move the E-mail from you Outlook inbox you will still be able to open the E-mail record in Amicus and select the documents to view from ‘Saved Documents
Saving One Attachment at a time.

Click on the drop down arrow beside Original Attachments.

You will see a list of the E-mail Attachments listed

You will be prompted to save the attachment.

Click Yes and browse for the location on your network to save the attachment.

Now when you view the E-mail record you will see the number or Original Attachments and the number of Saved Documents

You can view the Saved Documents by opening them from the Saved Documents list
You can view (or resave) any of the original Attachments by selecting an Attachment
from the Original Attachments list
If you delete or move the E-mail from you Outlook inbox you will still be able to open the E-mail record in Amicus and select the documents to view from ‘Saved Documents’
Viewing Attachments on E-Mails saved by another Firm Member
When you view another Firm Member’s E-mails on a File you will have no option to view Attachments unless the Attachments have been Saved

Once the E-mail has been saved you can open the E-mail record in Amicus Attorney by CARET and select the documents to view from ‘Saved Documents
