Setting up the default user on a workstation will allow the User’s ID to automatically appear in the Login Screen on their workstation. This is handled through the desktop shortcut. In this example, we will use “Mary”.
1. Logout of Results CRM.
2. Right click on the user’s Results desktop shortcut icon and chose Properties.

3. Enter the User ID at the end of the Target line. In this example, we used “Mary”.

4. Once you have made the change, click Apply and OK.
5. The next time the user opens Results it will default to their user ID.
