In PowerPM all staff have a Staff ID, comprised of one to three characters or digits. Most of the time it is their initials although some client’s use numbers.
The most common reason for an ID change is if the staff got married and now has a new last name.
1. Under the Utilities menu, select ID Change/Transfer. Then click the Staff ID Changes tab.
2. In the Old Staff ID field, enter the id, in this case KD and enter the new initials in the New Staff ID field.
3. Then click Start. When it completes you’ll get a completed message:
