On rare occasions, staff will call to say that when running a report, the report isn’t showing on their screen, but the Display Reports icon is on their task bar. Generally that means the Display Reports screen is off the monitor. So will need to go into the file that controls those settings and edit it.
1. Each staff has their own configuration file, PM.INI, in their local user’s folder where the path will be similar to C:\Users\Staff name\AppData\Roaming\CLI\PowerPM.
Navigate to that path and open PM.INI with Notepad.
2. Look for the [DISPRPT] section. There may be multiple lines in this section but the two we care about are:
3. In the case where the report is displaying off the screen, those numbers will be way off, like 15000 or higher. Change it to the numbers reflected above.
