Mass Updating Activities and Service Orders October 01, 2019 14:37 Updated 1. From the Activity DMC, select the records you would like to include in the Mass Update by placing a check in the boxes associated with the records you would like to change. Figure: Activity management DMC – Mass Update Button and Record Selection 2. Select the Mass Update button in the DMC toolbar. The following screen appears. Figure: Mass Update Screen. 3. Populate the fields that you would like to update among all the records displayed on the left hand side of the screen. 4. Select the Update All Selected Activities/ SO's button. 5.
