Abacus Private Cloud(APC) technical support is available Monday through Friday from 5 AM - 9 PM (PT) and 6 AM-5 PM (PT) on weekends. After-hours technical support is available by calling our support line 888-329-5833 and leaving a message. If the after-hours request is an emergency—you can't log in or access your files—you will receive assistance ASAP. If the technical issue is a non-emergency (printing problems, service requests, etc.) during after-hours, you will be called back during regularly scheduled hours. We also have the knowledge articles to assist you to solve problems that may arise located here. (please note logging into the Customer Account Portal will give you full access to the knowledge base)

- APC offers a callback queue that holds your place in line so you do not have to wait on hold. We recommend leaving a cell phone number or direct line. The system does not recognize extensions.
