Resetting a User Password in CRM September 26, 2019 16:52 Updated 1. On the Setup tab, in the Security group, click Users. The Users screen displays. 2. Select the appropriate user from the left-hand grid. 3. Under Login Settings, check Prompt User for New Password. 4. The next time that user logs in, they will be prompted for a new password.
