Staff Update/Inquiry allows easy access to your Staff information. Staff, 12 Month History, Special Rates, and Edit Non-Billable tabs provide data appropriate to the tab label.
Use Update mode, to add or modify Staff, click the Modify button to make changes to an existing Staff. To Add a new Staff, click the Add button.
Access Update mode from the PowerPM launcher or from the Staff Update item in the File menu.
Use Inquiry mode, to review Staff data.
Access Inquiry mode from the Staff Inquiry item in the Display menu. Note that this is a Read-Only mode and no Add or Modify buttons are available.
- 12 Month History - Select this tab to view transaction data related to the current staff member
- Special Rates - Select this tab to view or enter special rates for any staff member
- View or Edit Non-Billable - Select this tab to view or edit non-billable work for the current staff member
