How to Upload & Download files on APC

Please note that transferring files can cause performance degradation on the APC server due to increased bandwidth usage. Remote Desktop has a limit of about 1GB. Larger files size will require support assistance 

Uploading files to APC Server

1. Find the file you want to transfer on your local computer.
2. Right-click the file and select Copy.
3. Open the APC Remote desktop icon on your local desktop.
4. Navigate to the APC Cloud X drive location where you want to upload the file.
5. Right-click and select Paste.

Downloading files from APC 

1. Open the mapped drive icon on your local desktop.
2. Find the file you want to download.
3. Right-click the file and select Copy.
4. Navigate to the folder on your local computer where you want the file.
5. Right-click and select Paste.
