Reference the following guide for instructions on how to review/update your open tickets from the Customer Account Portal.
Requirements

Must be a User, Account User or Portal Manager on the account to view tickets.

Must have a valid e-mail address associated with your username.
Steps
1. Log-in to portal.abacusnext.com and navigate to the submit a request page.
2. From the Dashboard, Click "View List" under Support Ticket near the mid-left of the page.
3. You can view the details of any tickets you have with the option to sort them by Status using the right-hand side's dropdown menu.
