If you are having an issue, the best thing to do is to submit a ticket (see How to Submit a Support Ticket) or start a chat with us from the bottom right of this page.
You may also call our Abacus Core Cloud Support team at (858) 882-4460. When you call in you will have the option of waiting on hold or providing a call-back number and receiving a call back from Technical Support when you reach the front of the queue.
It is recommended that you use the call-back option so that you don't have to wait on hold. Using this feature will keep your phone number in our call queue, so you will not lose your place in line.
Note: When calling Technical Support, it is advised that you create and submit a support ticket to help save time.
