• Antivirus programs should not scan the OfficeTools by CARET programs and SQL communication ports
• AVG Free Antivirus & Support Soft Assisted Service are not supported
• Desktop email client (e.g. Outlook) for sending email notifications from WorkSpace

Server Requirements

• Windows Server 2016 64bit Standard, Enterprise, Datacenter Editions SP2 or newer
• 8GB Ram Minimum, 4GB available
• Antivirus and firewall should exclude OfficeTools by CARET programs and SQL communication ports
• Microsoft SQL 2014 or newer. (Microsoft SQL Express 2017 included with OfficeTools by CARET Professional software)
• For user groups of 20+, we recommend Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise 2014+
