Activities feature of the OfficeTools by CARET Mobile Companion App

Activities

Activities include:

	Appointments,
	Notes,
	Calls, and
	To dos.

Viewing/Editing Activities

1. Tap Activities. Activities from the first day of the prior month to the next 12 months are listed.
   
2. Change the Activities page view as desired.
3. Tap an activity for detail information.
   
4. To edit activity information, tap .
5. Change the information as needed and tap  to save.
   

Changing the Activities Page View

1. Tap Activities.
2. Tap the view label to open the view spinner.
   
3. Spin the left side to select to see only calls (Calls), only to dos (To Do's), only appointments (Appointments), or only notes (Notes). Select Activities to see calls, to dos, appointments, and notes.
4. Spin the right side to select to see only outstanding activities (Outstanding) or to see only complete activities (Complete). Select All to see both outstanding and complete activities.
5. Tap SET to save the view settings.

Adding Activities

1. Tap Activities.
2. Tap  and tap the type of activity to add.
   
3. Complete the activity information and tap  to save.
   

Deleting Activities

1. Tap Activities.
2. Tap an activity for detail information.
3. Tap  and tap Delete.
4. When prompted to confirm the deletion, tap YES.
