If you notice a day or mores worth of email is not in Amicus perform the steps below:
Go to Preferences -> Links -> Email and select Email
Select Step 4
Select all the check boxes and select Since the date of my last regular sync and then select Send Sticky
Click to Close the sticky that will pop-up.
Go to Firm Settings -> Outlook\Exchange Link -> Exchange Management
By your name Right click on the Pending and select Open Admin Profile
Select Today's date and a time (select a time that is prior to the time on your current computer)
