Timeslips Link is Unavailable or freezing when exchange file to Timeslips

1. Open Timeslips on the server
2. Log into Amicus Attorney by CARET as an Admin.
3. In Amicus go to Firm Settings -> Time -> Accounting -> Configure -> Step 3
4. Use the arrow to go ahead to the next screen
5. If your users are showing on both the Amicus Attorney by CARET and Timeslips side the link is connected
6. If no users on the Timeslips side have users log out
7. Restart the three Amicus Attorney by CARET services
8. Perform the above steps again

The link can become unconnected if:

1. There is no free license for Timeslips available
2. The main windows account is logged out
3. There is another user account connected to the server’
4. If for some reason Timeslips cannot be opened on the server
