This is a prompt that users will receive upon their first attempt to open or save a file from within an application, such as QuickBooks. You can press OK to bypass this message and continue to the desired file location. Once a file has been successfully loaded or saved, QuickBooks and other applications will default to that last location and no longer prompt the above message.

We cannot guarantee you will stop seeing these messages permanently, but as you and colleagues continue to use the cloud you will see the prompt less and less.
