How do updates occur? 

Abacus Core Cloud installs and maintains all applications in the Cloud. All updates are tested prior to installation; this policy is to ensure optimal performance, security and support of your services.

I receive an update message within the software application? 

When prompted to update, please select "Install Later" or "Ok" and continue to open the application. 

When do updates occur? 

CARET provides weekly maintenance “windows” for routine and ongoing maintenance. 

Updates to software hosted in Abacus Core Cloud occur in our weekly maintenance window as follows:

• Friday evening at 11:00PM through Saturday morning 3:00AM 
• Saturday evening at 11:00PM through Sunday morning 3:00AM

All updates occur in the time zone of the primary data center, which for Abacus Core Cloud customers is currently PST.
