How to Refund an APX Transaction in OfficeTools
- Select Billing > Payments to open the Payments Check Show Applied Payments to see payments that have been applied to an invoice. Double-click the payment to refund.
- The Payment Management window opens. Click Refund Payment.
- Click Yes to continue.
- Notification that the refund was successful appears. Click OK to close the window.
- Select if you want to update the PDF of this invoice on the portal, if applicable.
- A note about the refund is automatically added to the payment. Click Save & Close.
