How to Cancel a Pay Now Request in OfficeTools by CARET

Select Billing > Invoices.
Do one of the following:
a.Highlight the invoice and click the APX button and click Cancel Pay Now.

b. Right-click the Pay Now invoice and click Cancel Pay Now.
The Pay Now URL becomes inactive and the Pay Now symbol is removed for the invoice.
