AbacusLaw Add-Ons

Client may purchase add-ons for AbacusLaw software. Where identified in any Order, the following items shall be included as part of Client's AbacusNext Software Subscription for AbacusLaw. 

Rules – Client may purchase a license to use specific sets of preconfigured calendaring work flows designed to expedite calendaring of court and procedural events within AbacusLaw, which are specific to certain jurisdictions and subject matters.

PALs - Client may purchase a license to use a module or modules designed to enhance the core feature set of AbacusLaw to streamline workflows for particular pre-determined practice area(s).

Forms - Client may purchase a license to use select preconfigured court documents (for select jurisdictions and subject matters) designed to auto-populate with data stored in Client’s AbacusLaw database

HotDocs - Client may purchase HotDocs licenses to enrich Client's AbacusNext Software Subscription with the power of document automation. HotDocs allows organizations to take frequently used documents and turn them into standardized templates to increase efficiency and compliance using the HotDocs Author tool. Once a template is established users can consume those templates in HotDocs Advance, completing an interview that results in a completed document. Virtual Client Interviews allow clients to input their own information through a web browser for increased time savings.
