When you view another firm member's calendar, the appointment shows unavailable if you are not assigned to the associated file and\or contact or if you do not have access.
To fix the issue please have the user whose appointment it is make the following change in their preferences.
- Navigate to the Office tab and select Preferences.
- Select Other under the Calendar section.
- Click the People icon beside "Allow details of ALL my Appointments, including Personal ones, to be viewed in the Calendar by" to display the Select People window.
- Add users who need to see these appointments.
- Ask users to log out and back into Amicus Attorney by CARET to view the appointments.
