Getting started
For access to Payment Integration settings, please check your account has been registered and configured. When complete, you will have access to the "Payment Links" tab.
1. Select the APX account you want to create a link for from the dropdown -- you will be given the option to select your Operating account or Trust account.
2. Click Generate Payment Link -- this will populate the unique link that can be shared with your clients.
3. Grab the link and share! If your firm no longer wants to share the link for your Operating or Trust accounts, you can click "Remove" to block access to the link.
Sharing links with your clients
Once you've shared the link with your client, they can open it in any browser and the payment window will pop up for them.
Customers will receive a confirmation upon payment within the payment link, as well as via email.
With CARET Legal payment information flows into your bank register so you can easily assign it to a matter and contact.
Clicking "Assign" opens the "Assign a Payment" window where you can view payment details and edit the matter and client.
