The Evergreen Retainer option can be enabled in every Matter within Zola Suite. If enabled, when the Matter's balance falls below the set minimum amount, your firm will receive an email prompting you to request to replenish the Matter's funds.
How To Enable:
1. Once you create a Matter, go into the Matter Options tab.
2. Check off the option for Evergreen Retainer.
3. To the right, set the minimum balance you'd like the Matter to have (e.g. $5,000).
4. Select the Bank Account that should have the funds.
