Zola Suite offers you the ability to associate and store Matter-Related emails in a dedicated Communications Tab within each respective Matter. This will copy the email from your Email account and store it inside of Zola Suite's Matter where you can Reply, Reply All, Forward, Print and Delete.
To assign an email to a Matter
- Navigate to Zola Suite's Email section.
- Select the email you wish to assign to a Matter and click on the Save to Matter button.
- Select the desired Matter from the dropdown list and click "Save to matter". This action will save the email in the selected Matter.
To confirm your email saved to the Matter
- Navigate to the Matter and click on the Communications Tab. The email will be listed in this section.
