Now that the CARET Legal Support team has provided you with the details you need to download the CARET Legal App to your Ricoh Document Scanner, you will need to take the following steps:
1) Use the following credentials to log in.
- Ricoh Tenant Admin Account Information:
tenantId: [provided by Zola Support]
userId: [Zola Suite log in]
password: [Zola Suite Password]- Confirm internet connection
- Go to the "web browser" and go to google.com. If you do not connect please check your network settings and if need be contact Ricoh Tech Support
2) Set up MFP Browser.
- Using MFP go to "Web Browser NX", NOT "Web Browser"
- If you do not see "Web Browser NX", Select the Menu Key on the right hand side of the dashboard and select and open "Web Browser NX"
- Click the menu key on the bottom and select "Security Settings"
- Make sure "Save Cookie" and "Save Application Cache" is marked as save
3) Open the App (in MFP).
- In "Web Browser NX" click on the menu key on the bottom and select "Open URL"
- Go to https://goo.gl/vR172u (which will redirect to, https://www.devu.siiser.com/si-apps/pub/demo_index.html)
- Login with above Ricoh Tenant Account Information

4) Link MFP User to Zola Suite User.
*This step must be done individually for each Zola Suite user.
- Using your computer go to https://www.devu.siiser.com/site/login and login with your Ricoh Account Login
- After login click the drop down with the Firm's Name on the top right and select "My Page"
- On the Left Menu click "External Service Connections"
- Under "Send and Receive Files with External Storage" select the configure in the ZolaMedia row
- Enter and login with your Zola Suite account. Make sure the checkbox, "Allow the connected service to be shared to all accounts within your tenant", is not selected and the use field is empty.
5) (Optional) Add other Ricoh users to tenant id/firm.
- Using computer go to https://www.devu.siiser.com/site/login and login with your Admin Ricoh Account Login
- Click "User Management"
- Click "Create" and save
- User ID must be unique
- Email Address is required for email to user to set password
- Device Account Link - Account ID should be left blank
- Role should be "General User"
- User will get a link and login info in an email to create a password and a PIN to login to the Ricoh machine.
- PIN can be regenerated under "My page"
6) Save the Zola Suite App to the Home Screen.
- While you are in the "Web Browser NX" and logged into Zola Suite, click the menu key on the bottom and select "add Shortcut to Home" - a new icon will show up on your dashboard called Zola Suite
7) Turn Off Clock Out Timer
- Login as an administrator (necessary only if the device admin authentication is enabled).
- Open "User Tools" on Dashboard
- Select "Machine Features"
- Select "System Settings" button
- Select "Timer Settings" tab
- Go through all timer options and turn them off or make them the max amount possible. Example is Select "Auto Logout Timer" and Set “Off” for no auto logout feature
- *this will stop the MFP from going to sleep for 60 minutes. After logging into the application you will not need to log back in as long as the MFP does not go to sleep or the application is not exited.
Once you have completed these steps, please let our support staff know in the event that you would like to have a Ricoh representative visit your office in person to address any of your MFP needs.
