When working with LEDES files in Zola Suite, there is a simple way to keep tabs on Task Budgets so you can calculate the sum of total activity by Activity Codes. Follow the steps below!

First, be sure to go to the Options tab within the matter where you wish to use Task Code Budgeting and check the box labeled "Enable UTBMS Codes."

Next, locate and select the checkbox labeled "Enable Task Code Budgeting."

Save your changes and you will see an additional Matter tab labeled "Task Code Budgeting."
Please note, UTBMS Codes and Task Code Budgeting must be enabled on each Matter where you intend to use them.
