Clicking on the magnifying glass on the top right-hand corner of your Zola Suite account will allow you to utilize the Universal Search tool for searching in contacts, matters, and also performing conflict checks. By entering a keyword or phrase in the search bar, you will be able to perform a complete search throughout all of the data that you have stored within Zola Suite for entries
By clicking on the magnifying glass in the top right-hand corner of your Zola Suite account you can utilize the Universal Search tool. Entering any keyword or phrase in this bar will allow you to perform a complete search throughout all of the data that you have stored in Zola Suite for entries that match your search term. You can use this as a search tool or as a conflict check to see if you have ever worked with someone before.
For example, typing "John" in the box will yield suggestions for all Matters and Contacts that are associated with that term:
Another example, if you type John and hit enter, it will display a complete report of John's associations and activities:
By clicking "Print Search Result" you will be able to export the conflict check to a PDF:
