You can add new custom Matter Roles in Firm Settings, under the Matters and Contacts tab. To do this, please follow the steps below.
1. While in your Zola account, go into the Firm Settings.
2. Go into the Matter and Contacts tab and select Matter Contact Roles. Click the + to create a new role.
3. If you would like to add a new Matter Contact, hit the (+) located on the orange bar. If you would like to edit an existing Matter Contact, edit it by clicking the contact's name.
4. Click on the (+) to the right of the Contact drop-down, type in the information for the new contact, and click Save to create the contact.
5. Select the role and save the window.
