1. Configuring Calendar\Contact integration for a Firm Member
Note: Firm settings for Exchange must be configured correctly by the Amicus Administrator.
For office365\Intermedia please add in the full email address in User Name
Username/ Domain/ Server Name can be obtained from your local IT Administrator or Hosted Exchange Provider. For 0365 you will not need a domain.
Testing your password
To ensure you are entering the correct password to access your email exchange account. Login to Outlook Web Access with your email address and password. If successful proceed to configure your Firm Settings for Exchange with the correct Domain and Server name ( Server Name is the Name of the Exchange Server). For O365 the url is outlook.office365.com
If the Test connection is still unsuccessful.
Check the following inbound Rule on the Windows Firewall on the Application Server
Amicus PE Service uses port 49259
Amicus Exchange Sync Service use ports 49500-49511
If you can log into OWA with your password copy your password to a Notepad, then copy and paste from the Notepad to the Test Connection area and test connection.
If you have MFA (Multi-factored Authentication) enabled, you will need to first create an AmicusV20 app password. Then use that password to Test Connection.
