- Select Billing > Payments and click the APX
- The APX window appears. Click Settings.

- The APX Settings window opens. The settings are as follows:
- Enable/Disable APX: Toggle on and off to enable or disable APX for your organization.
- Portal: Toggle on and off to enable or disable APX for your client portal.
- Pay Now: See Configuring Pay Now for more information.
- Notifications: Select the person to receive information (changes, outages, maintenance windows, etc.) about APX.
- Click OK to save the changes.
