You may receive this message\sticky when using or logging into Amicus by CARET.
It indicates that at some point there was a problem with your Amicus by CARET exchange synchronization.
To fix\confirm your sync please do the following:
1. Select Preferences -> Links -> Contacts and Calendar -> Configure -> Step One and Test Connection or Authorize
2. Once tested\authorized successfully verify the data that is in Amicus by CARET is also in your Outlook
3. If linked with email verify that your Amicus Communication section is updated with your latest email
If email is not updated please reinitialize your email link by following the steps here
