You may receive a Gateway error when processing a payment. (Applies to Amicus Attorney by CARET, OfficeTools by CARET, AbacusLaw by CARET)
This occurs when the billing information you submitted for the credit card you are using does not match the information the credit card company has on file. It could be a simple error, such as omitting a middle initial, or another reason. You must contact your client to update your information/correct the billing information before trying to run the card through again.
