APX payments for the portal, PayNow, and Recurring payments will automatically download into your OfficeTools Workspace payment section once your client has paid the invoice via the portal or PayNow, or when the recurring payment schedule has ran. The process of the payment automatically downloading into your system is done through the OfficeTools Exchange Service on your server.
If your payments are not automatically downloading into the system. Please ensure the following.
1. Your OfficeTools Server Components on your server is up to date.
2. Your OfficeTools Exchange Service is properly running on your server.
To find the OfficeTools Exchange Service and ensure that it is running please follow the instructions below.
1. On your server open the Services Application, you can find this by using the search bar and typing in Services.
2. On the Services window scroll down till you see the OfficeTools Exchange Service, and select it from the list. Once it is selected you will want to start the service with the start button in the top left.
Please Note: If the service is running you may want to try restarting the service instead of starting it.
