INTRODUCTION:
If you are unable to remotely log into the Cloud and you receive an error message on your Windows 7 or XP computer that states "The remote computer requires Network Level Authentication, which your computer does not support," then you will need to enable Network Level Authentication on your computer. Do so by following the steps below.
PROCEDURE:
- Press Windows key+R to open the Run window.

Type "regedit" and click OK (Registry Editor opens).
- In the tree view, navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa.

Double-click the Security Packages key (Edit Multi-String window opens).

Enter "tspkg" in the Value Data field (make sure to leave any existing data specific to other SSPs alone).
- Click OK.
- In the tree view, navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders.

Double-click SecurityProviders (Edit Multi-String window opens).

Enter "credssp.dll" in the Value Data field (make sure to leave any existing data specific to other SSPs alone).
- Click OK.
- Close Registry Editor.
- Restart the computer.
