If you are having trouble accessing the C9 Portal, you may need to open port 7779 on your local computer. You will only need to do this once.
- Open the Control Panel on your local computer.

Select Windows Firewall.

Click Advanced Settings.

Click Inbound Rules.

Right-click Inbound Rules and select New Rule.

Select the Port radio button and click Next.

Enter "7779" in the Specified Local Ports field and click Next.
- Click Next to skip through the Action and Profile screens.
- Enter "Cloudnine" as the name.

Click Finish.
Try accessing the C9 Portal again to see if this worked. If you are still having problems, please contact Technical Support.
