How do I configure the link between Amicus Attorney by CARET and QuickBooks?

To save time and eliminate the need for double entry clients can use the QuickBooks Link Guide to establish a link to post time from Amicus Attorney to QuickBooks. Customers also have the option to schedule an appointment here with our Professional Services team for a fee, to establish the connection to QuickBooks.

The configuration through our Professional Services team requires two scheduled calls. The first is the Assessment call where they go through the data in Amicus and QuickBooks to discuss any data cleanup and configuration preparation, which your firm needs to complete before the next call. The second call is to perform the link between Amicus Attorney and QuickBooks.

  NOTE: Amicus with or without Billing only links to US editions of QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise versions currently supported by Intuit, up to and including Version 2025.

Amicus Attorney does not offer a link to QuickBooks Online at this time.
