Adding columns to your People index
There are ten columns available to you when you are viewing your contacts.
They are:
- Name
- Company Name
- Prefix
- Suffix
- Phone
- Group
- Contact Date
- Marked
- Client ID
To add or remove columns from the view:

Right click on any part of the column heading

Choose the Show Fields Option

Select the column from the Available fields on the left if you would like to add a column, and click the Add button in the middle, or choose a column from the right side and click remove if you would like to remove a column from the view.
You can also order the fields by selecting the field in the left box and clicking the Move Up or Move Down button. The top of the list refers to the left side of your view and the bottom, the right.
