To change your User Id and/or Password;
- Go to the Office Module and choose Preferences
- Under the General heading select My Profile
- Double click on the Firm Member's name
- Select the Edit button to the right of your name

In the lower right select the Office Access... button
- To change the password click on Reset Password, click YES to the message.

Enter in the New Password and verify it

Click OK to exit the screen and save the change.

To change the User ID, make the required edit to the User ID field.
You must also put in the current password into the Old Password field. Without entering the password a prompt will appear indicating this is a requirement.
- Click OK to save the change(s) and exit the screen.
In the instance where you do not remember your password, clicking the Reset Password button will clear the current password and allow you to enter a New Password and Verify.
All changes listed in this article can be performed for any user, by an Amicus Administrator.
