1. Multi-Instance – Multi-instance is the result of more than one contact in OfficeTools by CARET that has been synced to the portal with the same email address. This situation allows the user access to view/upload/download documents for the entities that have been synced to the portal. If the multi-instance window appears, this means that the document(s) needs to be routed to a specific entity as it is associated with a root folder rather than a client folder.
