When the ESignature tab is suddenly grayed out it is often due to a Standing Invoice, a credit card attached to the store expiring, or both.
The two things to check when this happens are:
- Are there any open invoices on store.officetools.com?
The login will be the primary contact where the original order was assigned.
- Is the card on file active and up to date?
It is recommended to re-enter the card information to be certain.
Please note that if the card was out of date, this will not try to re-process any open invoices on the OfficeTools for CARET store, please navigate back to the invoice section and manually select the pay button on each open invoice.
- Once you make any changes, close and relaunch OfficeTools for CARET, it may take about 10 minutes for these changes to populate through the system and to reflect in the software.
